Processing / Final Product Characteristics
Incorporating Eco-One® is as easy as it is to add color concentrate during the plastic production process
Eco-One® is easy to use and will run under existing processing conditions. Except for the simple step of adding in Eco-One®, the addition of this organic additive does not change the manufacturing process... just add approximately 1% Eco-One® into your production process (the same way you would add a color concentrate). If you utilize a manufacturing partner for your products, we are happy to work with them during the implementation process.
- Products with Eco-One® will maintain the same physical properties and tensile strength as those manufactured without the additive
- Eco-One® will not impact the performance or shelf-life of the product
- Eco-One® will enhance the biodegradation only once the plastic is disposed of into a biologically-active landfill environment
- Eco-One® is available in pellet, powder, or liquid form based on your processing requirements
Energy Source Solution
Modern landfills are required to collect the methane produced from the breakdown of materials within the landfill. A majority of landfills are engineered to safely and efficiently collect methane and utilize it in several valuable ways:
Eco-One® allows discarded plastics in landfills to contribute to renewable energy production from landfill gas
